Sale Description

The initial Overbid is: $1,400,000; Subsequent Overbid Increments are: $10,000.  To qualify, Overbidders must deposit: $40,500 and provide proof of financial ability to close escrow. The deposit must be remitted to the Trustee no later than three days prior to the hearing, payment in the form of a cashier’s check only (no other form of payment shall be accepted) made payable to “Diane C. Weil, Chapter 7 Trustee”.
