The initial Overbid is: $50,000; Subsequent Overbid Increments are: $20,000.  To qualify, overbidders must deposit $92,000 and provide proof of financial ability to close escrow. The deposit must be remitted to the Trustee no later than one day prior to the hearing by 5:00 p.m. prevailing Pacific time, payment in the form of a cashier’s check only (no other form of payment shall be accepted) made payable to “David Seror, Chapter 7 Trustee”.
